Zimbabwean quick Brian Vitori reported for suspect action again

Brian Vitori, the Zimbabwe pacer, has once again been reported for a suspected illegal bowling action, an International Cricket Council release stated on Wednesday (November 30). His action came under scrutiny once again during the tri-series final in Bulawayo against Sri Lanka on Sunday (November 27) which the visitors won by six wickets.
In a game where he bowled nine overs, returning with figures of 3 for 52, in what was his first One-Day International since July 2015, his action came under the scanner in the report that was handed to Zimbabwe's management.
Vitori had received a suspension for the same in January 2016, but resumed bowling in June 2016 after remedial work and a subsequent reassessment that granted him permission for the same.
With the latest reporting, Vitori will have to undergo further testing within 14 days. Until the results of the tests are known, he is permitted to continue bowling in international cricket.
